Transmission Submission
This animation was completed over the course of the final year of my post-graduate, for my Individual Program of Study. The animation is a music video for the single ‘Transmission Submission’ by ‘Glasgow band ‘Kill Binary Kill’.
I was drawn to make a music video primarily through my love of music and wanted to combine this with visual imagery. Initially the piece of music itself was the main inspiration for the video. Later on I also took inspiration from my personal reaction to mass media advertising, the depiction of war in the media and the way in which these two things affect people’s thoughts.
